Roll 4
This website is still so new, but for now I’m trying to tell the story of the roll on these posts. I wrote the post for Roll 3 before this one and I discuss quite a bit about how it’s hard for me to separate these rolls in my mind when I reminisce about them. So, as I should have expected, it becomes hard to separate these posts too.
My brother Nabeel had an Lomography LCA+ from when photography consumed his free time growing up. I walked out into a city blanketed in snow to my camera shop just around the corner, asked for their cheapest film, which was not that cheap, and loaded it up. The camera hadn't been used in years, maybe even a decade at this point. Count our lucky stars, the film did not go to waste because the camera worked! It’s a super super fun camera. If I’m ever in the situation that I need to sneak in a camera somewhere, this is almost definitely the one. It’s just a little bigger than a smartphone, and its operation is so dead simple that there’s no need to worry about settings to get a decent picture.
